Seeking a contractor for 2-4 months who can help with 2 efforts:
1. clean-up and organize an number of sharepoint sites. review access, establish links, a clean home page. Support team members trying to set up lists, views, workflows, summaries, etc.
2. write requirements for an interface to project data - need to define a way to access different subsets of projects, confirm the fields that are available. Data will be exportable in excel, and then need to establish standard word and ppt documents that can be utilized via mail merge or VBA/macros to generate project status reports for leadership.
Job Requirements:
- Sharepoint development/admin experience
- Knowledge of MS Word mail merge coding and VBA
- Interest in making information easy to use and access
